Recently completed a 7000 sq. ft. Class A, NNN build-to-suit Fresenius Kidney Dialysis Center in Astoria, Oregon . Negotiated entitlements, property acquisition involving multiple parcels and a long-term lease in addition to arranging financing, managing legal and escrow activity and acting as the project manager through completion of the facility. Delivered the building shell and site work within five months of groundbreaking, ahead of the project timeline. Managed the $4.5MM sale of the facility via a national broker coinciding with completion of tenant improvements and subsequent occupancy.
