Oversaw the development and delivery of the Company’s 70-page Confidential Information Memorandum and its complex financial models.
Negotiated Commodities (crude and refined products) advisory and Merger and Acquisition (M&A) agreements with a global top-three international investment bank to develop counterparty relationships and long-term Supply and Off-take agreements to the (LOI) stage with a major domestic refinery, securing sophisticated arrangements for 100% of the proposed refinery’s product set and rail logistics requirements.
Led the Company through four months of M&A and due-diligence activities with a South Korean Fortune Global 100 international energy corporation.
